Pan Fry:
- Add enough vegetable oil to cover bottom of a small non-stick frying pan.
- Add one cup of water and add 15 FROZEN wontons.
- Cover the lid.
- Heat on highest heat for 5 minutes then turn to medium heat until golden brown.
- Serve.
Wonton Soup:
- Add 600ml water to a small pot.
- Bring YV broth to a boil.
- Add FROZEN wontons and heat for 5-8 minutes.
- For better flavor, add baby bok, choy, green onions and seasoning to taste.
- For heartier meal, add udon or ramen noodles.
Boil
- Add 15 FROZEN wontons to a pot of boiling water and heat for 5 minutes unitl wontons float on the top.
- Heat for 2 more minutes.
- Drain, remove excess wter and serve with dipping sauce or spicy sauce.
Make you own dipping sauce and hot sauce:
Dipping sauce: Makes about 1/2 cup
- 4 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. water
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- 2 tbsp. sugar (optional)
Hot sauce: Makes about 1 cup
- 1 tbsp. Hot Pepper sauce
- 1 tbsp. sugar (optional)
- 2 tbsp. salt
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
