Dumplings

Boiling:

  1. Add 10-20 frozen dumplings to a pot of boiling water and stir.
  2. Set the heat to maximu high and cook until boiling again.
  3. Set the heat to medium, and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Drain the dumplings and serve.

Pan Fry:

  1. Add enough vegetable oil to cover the bottom of a non-stick frying pan.
  2. Place 10-20 frozen dumplings in the pan and add one cup of cold water.
  3. Set the heat to maximum high and cook for 3-5 minutes with the lid on.
  4. Set the heat to medium low and continue cooking until the water boils dry.
  5. Set the heat to low and cook for 3-5 more minutes until the bottoms of the dumplings turn golden brown.

Wontons

Pan Fry:

  1. Add enough vegetable oil to cover bottom of a small non-stick frying pan.
  2. Add one cup of water and add 15 FROZEN wontons.
  3. Cover the lid.
  4. Heat on highest heat for 5 minutes then turn to medium heat until golden brown.
  5. Serve.

Wonton Soup:

  1. Add 600ml water to a small pot.
  2. Bring YV broth to a boil.
  3. Add FROZEN wontons and heat for 5-8 minutes.
  4. For better flavor, add baby bok, choy, green onions and seasoning to taste.
  5. For heartier meal, add udon or ramen noodles.

Boil

  1. Add 15 FROZEN wontons to a pot of boiling water and heat for 5 minutes unitl wontons float on the top.
  2. Heat for 2 more minutes.
  3. Drain, remove excess wter and serve with dipping sauce or spicy sauce.

Make you own dipping sauce and hot sauce:

Dipping sauce: Makes about 1/2 cup

  1. 4 tbsp. soy sauce
  2. 2 tbsp. water
  3. 1 tbsp. vinegar
  4. 2 tbsp. sugar (optional)

Hot sauce: Makes about 1 cup

  1. 1 tbsp. Hot Pepper sauce
  2. 1 tbsp. sugar (optional)
  3. 2 tbsp. salt
  4. 1 tbsp. vinegar
  5. 1 tbsp. soy sauce

Vegetable Spring Rolls

Conventional Oven:

  1. Preheat oven to 430°F (220°C).
  2. Place 10 mini rolls on baking sheet and heat for 5-6 minutes.
  3. Turn pieces over and continue heating for another 5-6 minutes.

Deep Fry:

  1. Preheat oil to 350°F (176°C) and cook for 3 minutes.

Dessert Rolls

Conventional Oven:

  1. Preheat overn to 430°F (220°C).
  2. Place 10 rolls on baking sheet and heat for 5-6 minutes.
  3. Turn pieces over and continue heating for another 5-6 minutes.

Deep Fry:

  1. Preheat oil to 350°F (176°C) and cook for 3 minutes.
